Here is a little song to embrace sadness and sorrow - in our lives. I have realized that there is a sadness inside me that has never been released - and really - this held down sadness is actually "creating" much of the sad things I experience in my life right now. God wants us humans to cleanse away all our stuck emotions - and the only way we can do this is to ALLOW ourselves to FEEL them and let them go.
